Vertical blinds are a series of vertical fabric louvers or slats which can be twisted to close (removing light) or open wide to let light in. They are a good option if you have full length glazed windows or doors to cover.
A popular choice as they are versatile, practical and also incredibly affordable. This style can be used across both windows and doors giving consistency to the look of your home. The vertical arrangement of slats allows effective heat and light control. They are durable and easy to clean.
Verticals come in 2 ‘slat’ widths; 127mm or 89mm. Both are available in a comprehensive selection of plain or patterned materials which you can customize with a complementing pelmet with either padded, traditional or matching insert styles. Sewn in blades also available.
You can choose between models with or without bottom chains to suit your needs (without bottom chains is ideal for pets!). Verticals are operated by cord and chain or wand control.
How does it work?
The louvers are linked together by a chain and are operated using a cord or wand positioned at the far right or left of the blind pending our preference.
